It is with great pleasure and privilege that we introduce New Super Star Manpower (Pvt) Ltd, being a limited liability company in Sri Lanka managed to achieve 4 Star grade by the Government of Sri Lanka in recognition of the dedicated service in the field of manpower recruitment agency services rendered to the foreign companies by providing the services of skilled, disciplined and hardworking employees. We are registered since 2010 under labor license No.2517 issued by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) and we have served for thousands of job seekers within last 15 years.
The Chairman, Mr.Gihan Sasanka Wijayaratne has served in Middle East countries for over seven years where he has gained experience in the supervisory and management capacities especially in the garment sector before his assignment to the present position in Sri Lanka.
He is always guided by the “correct person for the correct job” policy and more concerned in selecting well-disciplined employees who are capable of adhering to the rules and regulations prevailing in the respective countries where they would be employed.
Our Colombo Head Office is located in our own five storied building in the heart of Maharagama Town with modern facilities needed for smooth functioning of manpower agency requirements such as Testing Room with machines, Board Room and latest communication facilities and other essential conveniences. Maharagama a suburb of Colombo District of Western Province of Sri Lanka is in close vicinity to SLBFE, the monitoring body of overseas employment in Sri Lanka and it is an advantage for us to expedite matters pertaining to overseas employment quickly and efficiently avoiding unnecessary delay.
Mostly we are following the zero cost recruitment procedure which is according to ILO Standards and non – complaints in the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment for passed history.
